Processing Details
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1-3 business days -- not including weekends or holidays.

Changes to Orders

TEAM MADAME ROYALTY will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping. Please send all order requests to our email with your order number.

Shipping Details

After processing, orders are shipped from the Madame Royalty LLC stock holding room located in Philadelphia, PA. Customers located in the Philadelphia, PA region, or within a 35 mile radius can set up same day delivery.  

If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. The USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday.
  • We may use other shipment services such as UPS, DHL, Fedex etc, this will be stated in your confirmation email or at checkout, you may also receive a follow up email stating this.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your package, though it most likely will not take that long.

  • **Domestic orders placed outside of the Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories under the control of the United States) as well as those placed from APO, FPO and DPO addresses, are subject to longer shipping times.
Refuse and Unclaimed Shipments
  • Any refused or unclaimed packages from Madame Royalty will be charged all actual shipping costs. Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.
  • Actual shipping costs may be higher than what you were charged for during checkout due to our discount shipping charged to our customers. 


MADAME ROYALTY isn’t responsible for any lost items.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or the other carrier methods such as UPS, DHL, Fedex etc.
  • MADAME ROYALTY does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.
  • If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
